The office staff were very friendly and helpful and organised everything very quickly and efficiently. The surveyor was very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about - I met the surveyor at the house just after the survey to walk me through the findings which made reading the already very clear report just that bit easier - they have a phone line to call if you have any issues whenever you like and we’ve since taken advice from the surveyor, free of charge, about one of the findings. Highly recommended!!
Kate S: Due to oversights on the part of the vendors and the estate agents, Mr Wood had to make 3 attempts before gaining entry to the property, which was very disruptive both to him in business terms and to our own progress in the purchase of the house, so his patience was very much appreciated. The new HomeBuyers report is also much clearer and easier to understand than ones I’ve had done in previous years.
